Go / No-Go decision
Built for teams that respond to procurement documents every week.
RFP review is too important to run from memory, spreadsheets, and rushed scans.
More RFPs, same proposal bandwidth
Teams are expected to review more opportunities without pulling SMEs into every first-pass scan.
Submission mistakes can disqualify a bid
A missed addendum, bid bond, signature, or mandatory form can knock you out before scoring begins.
Risk clauses surface too late
Liquidated damages, retainage, insurance, and bonding burdens are often found after the team is already committed.
Past answers are hard to reuse safely
Useful language sits in old Word files and email threads, with no source, owner, freshness, or approval trail.
Upload the RFP. Get the decision package.
ClearRFP turns scattered solicitation documents into a sourced, owner-ready review: what must be done, who should review it, and what still needs a human decision.
